Home health and safety are just as important as your pet’s welfare, when you are away. Peace Love Paws Pet Sitters puts safety first… We make sure your home is locked up at the first visit and when we leave every visit.
We are dedicated to your home’s health by checking your HVAC systems, water heater, sump pump, look for busted/leaking pipes that might have failed at each visit. We are trained to investigate and find a proper solution then communicate any problems to you so you can get the professional who can help!
Your home’s exterior should not be neglected while you are away. Property damage, storm damage or exterior systems are also checked at each visit, ensuring you peace of mind. We have even moved cars that are parked in the driveway for the appearance of an occupied home.
House Sitting Rates
Basic House Visit: $25.00 per visit
Collect mail, packages, newspaper brought inside, and trash to and from the curb, switch lights, open/close blinds and water plants.
Interior House Visit: $30.00 per visit
Interior checks HVAC system, water heater, sump pump, electrical panel, thermostats, check for leaking at all water sources, windows and doors, and includes all items listed for basic house visit.
+PLUS your list of must have interior items to be checked on.
Interior and Exterior House Visit: $40.00 per visit
Interior and exterior include checks visual inspection of exterior home and property, exterior faucets, tree damage or limb damage, fences and gates, moving vehicles in driveways (if requested) and includes all items listed for basic & interior house visit.
+PLUS your list of must have interior and exterior items to be checked on.
A FREE pre-consultation and post storm evaluation, should a storm occur while you are away.
You will receive an update at every visit.

*$10.00 for Key pick up or drop off *Does not apply to your consultation visit, only subsequent reservations.
Payment
We accept cash or check for payment. FULL payment will be paid at the initial consultation.
There will be no refunds of any sort due to cancellation for services after the first visit has started.
