Home Safety Security Visit FAQ
Do I really need your service if I have a security system in place?
Yes, a security system does not detect failure of your mechanicals, water leaks or property damage.
Do you check for property damage after a storm?
Yes, we do! Exteriors will be reviewed for damage within 24 hours so if damage is found you can proceed with your insurance company.
Do you check exterior systems?
Yes, we do check exteriors and exterior systems.
Do you make sure my house appears to be occupied while I am away?
Yes, we give the appearance of occupancy by taking in packages, mail, switching out exterior and interior lights, open and close blinds/curtains and water plants.
We have even moved cars that are parked in the driveway for the appearance of an occupied home.
Do I receive an update at every visit?
Yes, you will receive an update that includes a list of items checked at each visit.
What if I have pets?
For our clients who do have pets we offer boarding for special needs pets and in-home cat sitting.

Do you offer all forms of Payment?
No, we only accept cash or check for payment. FULL payment will be paid at the initial consultation.
There will be no refunds of any sort due to cancellation for services after the first visit has started.
