How long have you been in the pet sitting business?

We launched our Peace Love Paws Pet Sitters, LLC sitting business in January of 2018, and became Certified Professional Pet Sitters with Pet Sitters International in March of 2018.

What professional credentials do you have?

We are insured & bonded for pet sitting through Small Business Insurers of the Carolinas. Ask about what our insurance covers in your meet & greet! We have full background checks. We are licensed for boarding with the Missouri Department of Agriculture. All of the above are available upon request.

How quickly should I expect you to respond to my email, text or voicemail?

We can’t wait for you to be a part of Peace Love Paws Family!

We will respond within an hour during our regular office hours of 8 am to 8 pm daily.

Do you charge for a meet & greet?

NO, we want to make sure you feel we are the right fit for you and your pet.

What is your safety policy for my home and my pet?

Home safety is so important! Our goal is to give your home an occupied look as if you were there. Our cars will never be logo branded, and we wear regular street clothes, NOT uniforms/Logo clothes while at your home. We would never want to announce your absence for your neighborhood! Sure, we would love to advertise to other pet owners-BUT not at the cost of your security!

What other experience do you have with pet care?

We started a 501(c)3 not for profit pet rescue network in 2010, after our first rescue cat passed away. We ran it full time for ten years. We have worked with pets that have been in distress, wounded and abused. We are comfortable administering medicine, working with special needs and separation anxiety situations.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We recommend contacting us by phone call, text (573-818-8485) or email as soon as possible! We cannot be responsible for availability for last minute requests.

How and when do I pay for your service?

We take cash or check as payment. You will pay at the time of your service. Checks will be cashed upon your return.
