Last week (9/2026) I was invited to set down with Steven Bishop of Bishops Gate Training (puppy trainer) Columbia MO to chat about Peace Love Paws.
It was a twisted turn from me interviewing on my podcast to being the one interviewed. Steven had some great questions that took me back to how Peace Love Paws got started, some funny stories and even what is my most favorite quote. We all have our stories and sometimes it is nice to let others get to know us by seeing who we are, what we do and how we have gotten there. Even though, I do not train dogs, Steven and I couldn’t stop chatting about the pet’s that we still remember, funny happenings with other’s pets and the overall camaraderie of living in this pet community!

I love the pet community in Columbia and have become familiar with the Pet Pros that work together with each other to provide excellent pet care. This is a unique community for pets with so many working towards compassion and a willingness to help pets.
